Before entering the ECIHEN Discussion Forum, please read the rules below.

This forum is to be used for communication within our group only.  No profanity or negative speech will be tolerated.  Please do not use this forum for advertising.  If you have any questions about content or wish to report the misuse of this forum, please contact Shelley Tobens.

Once you enter the forum, you will need to register.  Follow the following steps to register:

• Click the "register" link at the top left of the page. 

• Click the check box to agree to the terms of usage and click "submit".

• Type in whatever Username you'd like.

• Type in whatever Password you'd like.

• Enter your email address (this is just in case the Administrator needs to contact you).  If you do not want others to be able to see your email, click the appropriate box at the bottom of the registration page.

• You may choose a "Real Name" if you wish.  This will be displayed if someone views your member profile.

• The rest of the choices are optional.  If you have a website (family, business, etc.) that you would like displayed, you would enter it here.

• The other boxes are for instant messaging accounts.  So, if you already have an instant message account on ICQ, AIM, MSN or Yahoo, you may enter that information here if you wish.

• If you want the time to display Central Time, you may change it here.  This is so that when you type a message on the message board, it will display the actual time.  To do this, you just click the down arrow next to "Time Offset" and select the current time (whatever time it is when you are creating your account).

• To logon to the message board in the future, click the "logon" link at the top left of the page and enter the Username and Password that you created.
